The data controller is the company that publishes rassidy, incorporated in a free zone in the United Arab Emirates.

We are established outside the European Union. The GDPR nonetheless applies to the processing of the data of persons who reside there.
Your account — email address and display preferences. Sign-in is passwordless, by a one-time code sent by email or via Google; we store no password.
Your transaction data — the executions from your brokerage statements: underlyings, dates, quantities, prices, premiums, commissions. They are transmitted to our servers, analysed, then retained to allow tracking over time.
If you use token-based connection, the token is stored encrypted. This token only allows statements to be read: it can neither place an order, nor transfer funds, nor modify your brokerage account. You can revoke it at any time from your broker area.
We never ask you for your broker password.
Your address on the waitlist — if you left it with us from our landing page, solely to notify you of the opening. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What you choose to publish — if you enable the social features: your pseudonym, the indicators and the terminated operations you make visible, and the list of users you subscribe to.
This processing rests solely on your consent and is never active by default. You can withdraw it at any time from your settings: your profile disappears from the rankings and nothing more is published going forward. Your open positions are never published.
What has been visible may have been copied by other users; withdrawal cannot make those copies disappear.
Referral — if you share your referral link and someone signs up through it, we record that they were attributed to you. No compensation is paid during the beta; this attribution prepares a future affiliate programme and helps prevent abuse.
Technical data — IP address, connection and error logs, necessary for security and diagnosis.

A small number of technical providers, who access only what their task requires and can do nothing else with it:
No one else, save at the request of a judicial authority.
Some of these providers, and ourselves, are located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists, and deleted after it is closed. What you publish ceases to be visible as soon as you disable the social features. Waitlist addresses are deleted after the invitation or your unsubscription. Technical logs are erased once their usefulness has passed.
You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to a processing, or withdraw your consent.
The Service includes an export function: you do not need to write to us to retrieve your data.

If you consider your rights disregarded, you can refer the matter to the supervisory authority of your country — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, partitioned by user, restricted access. In the event of a breach likely to expose you to a high risk, we will notify you.
The Service is under development: we cannot guarantee the absence of any defect.
Strictly necessary cookies only, all first-party. A session cookie keeps you signed in; during sign-in, a technical cookie protects the exchange. If you arrive via a referral link, a referral cookie retains that code until you sign up, then it is deleted. No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, no cross-site tracking.
Any substantial change will be signalled before it takes effect. The date appears at the top of this page.
