rassidy is in open beta. The Service is free, open to sign-up, and exists to evaluate it. It is not commercialised. Separate terms will apply if it moves to a paid offering.
The Service is published by a company incorporated in a free zone in the United Arab Emirates (the “Publisher”). Contact: contact@rassidy.com. Accessing the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The Service is free and experimental. No payment is collected and no subscription can arise from these Terms.
Access is personal and by invitation; it may not be transferred.
The Service is under development. It may contain calculation errors, interruptions and data loss. The Publisher may change it, reset it or discontinue it at any time, without notice or compensation. Keep your own brokerage statements.
rassidy imports the execution data from your brokerage statements, structures it, and presents it as indicators about your past activity.
It connects to no brokerage account with write access and cannot place any order.
The calculation methods are described in the Appendix.
This clause is essential.
rassidy provides no investment advice, no recommendation, no solicitation, no financial analysis within the regulatory meaning, and no performance forecast.
The indicators shown are descriptive calculations about operations you have already carried out. They say nothing about the merit of an operation or the suitability of a strategy for your situation.
The Publisher holds no authorisation and is supervised by no authority with respect to investment services.
Your investment decisions are yours alone. Selling options carries a risk of substantial loss, which may exceed the capital deployed. Past performance does not predict future performance.
The indicators are calculated from the data you import. The Publisher controls neither their accuracy nor their completeness at the source, and as the Service is under test, it is provided without any warranty of calculation accuracy.
In the event of a discrepancy, your broker's statement prevails. Check any figure with your broker before any tax, accounting or decision-making use.
The Service is neither a tax document, nor an accounting document, nor a statement of position.
Market data. Some displayed prices (open positions, indicative option values) come from a third-party provider and may be delayed and inaccurate. They are provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability, and may differ from your broker's prices, which prevail. They constitute neither an execution price nor an official valuation and must not be relied upon for any decision. The Publisher accepts no liability for any error, delay or unavailability of this data.
You must be of legal age.
You are responsible for your credentials and must report any unauthorised access without delay.
Never share your broker password. Only a read-only consultation token, revocable from your broker area, is used.
The Service is not intended for “US Persons” — U.S. citizens, green-card holders, habitual U.S. residents, or persons subject to U.S. income tax as such, wherever they live. A separate attestation is collected at sign-up. Any account held by a US Person is closed without notice, and circumventing this exclusion is a serious breach.
Elsewhere, it is your responsibility to verify that using the Service is lawful where you are located.
Accessing another user's data beyond what that user has chosen to publish (article 7); disassembling or extracting the code; mass-extracting content or profiles; sharing your access; disrupting the Service; using it for unlawful purposes.
Optional. Nothing is visible to other users unless you have enabled it. You can disable it at any time.
Under a pseudonym. You choose your handle; avoid including anything that could identify you.
Terminated operations only. Open positions, pending orders and ongoing campaigns are never published, and enter no ranking. No absolute amount, no account value and no brokerage identifier is published.
Nothing is verified. The figures shown are reconstructed by calculation from the executions supplied by the user, using the methods in the Appendix. The Publisher performs no verification, no audit, no certification. The Service may indicate that data comes from a broker token rather than an uploaded file: this note concerns the transmission channel, not accuracy. Data may also be partial — a user may hold other accounts the Service is unaware of.
A ranking is not a recommendation. Seeing a handle, a strategy or an underlying displayed or ranked is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or an invitation to replicate anything. Article 3 applies in full. Past performance shown by a third party presumes nothing and takes no account of your situation.
Subscriptions and daily digest. You may subscribe to the feed of a user who has agreed to publish their activity, and receive a daily email digest, sent after market close, covering operations that are already closed. No real-time alert exists and no means of obtaining the information earlier is offered.
You acknowledge that: the Publisher does not verify these operations; it does not assess whether they suit you; the original market and price conditions are no longer available; and you do not know the reasons that motivated the operation.
No execution capability. The Service can neither replicate, transmit, nor execute an order, and offers no control allowing you to act on a displayed operation. Any operation you decide to carry out is entered by you, at your broker, under your sole responsibility.
Prohibited. Using these features to solicit funds; to offer, whether free or not, advice, management, signals or individualised guidance; to promote a financial product or an intermediary; to receive anything in exchange for being followed; or to steer named users toward specific operations.
Publishing your activity is done on a purely documentary basis. You act neither as an adviser nor as a manager toward those who follow you, and no compensation is paid during the beta, whether by the Publisher or by other users.
Reporting. Any user may report a profile or content to contact@rassidy.com. The Publisher may remove content, disable access to the social features, or close an account, and informs the user concerned. The Publisher performs no general monitoring.
Withdrawal. You may leave the rankings and stop all publication at any time. Withdrawal has no effect on copies or captures third parties may have made during publication.
Your observations are useful to us: you authorise us to use them freely to improve the Service, without compensation. Unreleased features you may have access to are confidential.
You can delete your account at any time from the settings — remember to export your data first.
As the beta is free, the Publisher may end it, for everyone or for one user, at any time.
The Publisher is not liable for financial losses arising from your investment decisions, whatever information was shown, nor for indirect damage, nor for erroneous data coming from your broker, nor for any unavailability or data loss occurring during testing.
As the Service is free, the Publisher's liability is in any event limited to one hundred (100) euros.
These limits do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor where the law prohibits them. Consumers' mandatory rights remain reserved.
The Service belongs to the Publisher; you receive a personal, revocable right of use, limited to the beta.
Your transaction data belongs to you. The Publisher may use aggregated and anonymised statistics, allowing no re-identification.

Law of the United Arab Emirates. If you reside in the European Union, this clause deprives you neither of the mandatory protection of your country's law nor of the ability to bring proceedings before its courts.

Everything is reconstructed from the executions. We use no performance indicator calculated by the broker, nor its realised-result fields. Every buy, sell, assignment and expiration is recalculated from the individual executions, uniquely identified to avoid any duplicate.
Consequence: our figures may differ from your broker's. This is not an error, but two distinct conventions. The broker's statement prevails.
An operation is the life cycle of a given contract — from its opening to its close by buy-back, expiration or assignment. An open position enters no realised-performance indicator.
Important limitation — rolls. Each contract is tracked separately. Rolling a position (buying back one expiry to sell another) concerns a different contract: the Service therefore sees two operations — one closed and one new — and not a single continuous campaign.
A consequence to know: rolling a losing position mechanically produces a “winning” operation if the buy-back occurs at a price below the original premium, while the loss is simply carried forward to the new expiry. Your win rate is mechanically flattered as a result, all the more so the more often you roll. Expected gain, on the other hand, remains the best overall indicator.
The indicators:
Margin is far below the capital actually exposed and varies by broker; relating a gain to it produces spectacular, meaningless returns. Our returns will therefore appear lower. This is deliberate.
What we do not see: you may hold other accounts, positions or hedges the Service is unaware of. The indicators describe only the imported scope.
Some processing is still being documented — assignments, dividends on assigned securities, currency conversions and corporate actions. This appendix will be completed.
